Grenada citizenship by investment: routes and preparation
- The NTF minimum contribution is USD 235,000. Approved real-estate projects require at least USD 270,000, with applicable government, due-diligence and service fees assessed separately.
- Applications require authorised submission and eligibility and source-of-funds checks. Assess dependant eligibility, additional fees and investment terms for the individual case.
- Grenadian citizenship does not grant US residence. E-2 is a separate US nonimmigrant visa with nationality, investment, enterprise and other applicable requirements.
- Visa-free travel does not confer overseas work rights. Tax obligations depend on residence, income sources and applicable law.
